Description: "WOMAN" The miniature drawings of "WOMAN" that you see is a small part of a larger collection that you can view in the video (www.youtube.com The series of drawings is about women through ages and the changes she's been through in the western culture. I've drawn one specific face that goes through the centuries and changes in her look. Face, expression, clothing and even the shape of her face and body play an essential role in these changes and perspectives of beauty. It travels from Eva to the Woman of the year 2500 that also, has evolved in her appearance. It's an ode for and to the ever changing Woman, an ode to this always fascinating creature....And an ode to her ever changing beauty. Materials. The miniatures are between 1 and 17 cm and were showed on models during a fashion show as necklaces. The frames are mostly antique old frames, or other materials that are turned into frames. These have all been collected by the artist over a period of time.
