This production is a mingling of dance, theatre and story telling, in the form of a sutradhar, a whirling dervish.
The dance drama opens with tales from the times preceding the birth of Zarathustra, of the great kings Cyrus and Xerxes who ruled well and brought issues like human rights to the civilized consciousness, progresses to exploring the birth of Zoroastrianism, the rise of Islam and culminates in the final escape of the Zoraostrians to India.
