Description: The edited version of ITV's The Westcountry Tonight from Monday 14th March 2011, detailing me temporary closing Devans Driver Training due to very high fuel and astronomical insurance costs. I am hoping to relaunch as Devans Driver Solutions, a new business, on 1st May 2011. The new business will still be involved in fleet driver training for company car and van drivers, and will also operate as a driver hire agency, and if the situation improves, reopen the learner driving school. The film is (C) Copyright 2011 ITV PLC, and I thank them for permission to use the footage. This is my own personal protest to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osbourne, and I do really hope that he gives us suffering motorists something in the Budget next Wednesday.
